September 11 New leaders As is the case at this time of the year, OCF changes leadership. If you didnt attend our annual AGM, you won't know who the new committee is. My congratulations go out to the new leadership: President- Lizzie Afolabi Secretary- Hsiu Ping Tan Looking forward to what this young leadership team will bring to OCF for the rest of this year and into next. Keep these girls and Nick in your prayers for their coming term. Can't forget, a big thanks to the outgoing committee who faithfully served this last year. You guys are awesome and God loves you!! So ya, hope to see you at OCF under the new leadership on Friday at 7:30. Be there or be square. August 07 Friday night What a fantastic day it was today, perhaps this is the start of finer weather and an end to the non-typical rain we have had the last few weeks. Tomorrow night we will be looking at some of the Psalms in our Bible study series, I hope you can join us for a little study of God's Word, fellowship, followed with some supper afterwards. Where: Evison Lounge - Clubs & Societies Building, Albany Street. When 7:30pm God bless, ya'all. Scott July 19 God provides More than 100 people crowded into the foyer outside the Evison lounge in anticipation of the International dinner. It was mighty cozy for sure. Thank you all so much for coming, without you there would be no international dinner. I was concerned there wasn't going to be enough food to go around, but they came, they saw and they ate heartily. Just as Jesus did, food and fellowship were enjoyed together and the Lord's message was shared. The seeds of new friendships and possibly new beginnings were sewn as conversations stretched into the night. For everyone that gave their prayers, time, food, drink, money and support we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It was just fantastic to see everyone mucking in and taking part in this event. We could not have done it without you guys!! Hope you all have a great week ahead and we hope to see you back at OCF's regular meeting on Friday night, 7:30pm at the Evison Lounge. welcome back to another grand fun filled semester of books, essays,
exams and OCF! I hope you all had a relaxing and fun filled time out
from your studies. This week there is no regular OCF meeting, BUT we will still be doing something. Come along for International Week Movie Marathon as hosted by OUSA. Where: Evison Lounge At: Movies from 4.30 through till 10.30pm. What: No idea what the movie is, but I bet its good! Some of us from OCF will be there. Love to see you there too!
